  • KR1: Value-oriented roadmaps where the customers have define the value to be delivered
  • KR2: Delivery of the value articulated in the roadmaps
  • KR3: Customer Sign-off on value delivered

Objective 2: Our customers say: We want, upon delivery, to have evidence that the solutions meet our requirements (including but not limited to) availability, resiliency, security, and operational cost profile

  • KR1: Traceability matrix that matches the user stories' acceptance criteria to the test case and test execution passage
  • KR2: Traceability matrix that matches production/operational defects to new or updated test cases to prevent reccurance
